If you have clutter in your closets, clothing, accessories or toys you or your family has outgrown or no longer use, we offer generous store credit program.
Let your old items buy your family new clothing & accessories.
We can save you the trouble of having a yard sale and you can avoid the hassle of consignment. With our store credit program you get instant gratification!
Leftover items that we are unable to accept can be donated to our
charity drives. We work with several local non-profit groups to help distribute items directly to needy families in the area.
What we’re looking for:
We prefer name brands but primarily look for trendy styles. We’re accepting items from all categories and all sizes: infants, children, maternity, men, women, plus size, juniors etc. We’re also accepting baby gear and toys for all ages.
Be sure the items you bring are in GOOD condition.
We will not accept items with holes, stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, covered in pet hair or items that look extremely worn. Also, we can not accept items that have orders from pets, smoke or storage like mildew or mothballs. Be sure your clothes are CLEAN and washed, not wrinkled. It helps to bring them in nicely folded in tubs, boxes or laundry baskets.
What we’re offering for your items:
Chances are, we’ll give you much more than you’d get for it at a yard sale. We’ll try to give you between 5% and 10% of retail value depending on the condition of the item.
We’ll take a look at your items while you shop and we’ll make you an offer on the items we’re willing to accept. If you’re not happy with our offer, you don’t have to take it. You can always still try that yard sale or consignment shop.
When we’re buying:
Walk-ins are welcome. No need to make an appointment. We normally have a buyer on site but if a buyer is not available when you come it we can take your information and call you as soon as we have a chance to get to your items. Most offers are instant, but if a buyer is out, we’ll call you back within 24 hours.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
What NOT to bring!
Please do NOT bring items with holes, wrinkled, stains, soiled, pilling, fading, out of style, popped seams, missing buttons, broken zippers, covered it pet hair, or with strong odors (i.e. smoke, pets, storage odors, mildew). Be considerate, we do not like going through bags of dirty laundry or yardsale rejects.
Do NOT bring items directly from storage! Go through everything first! We don't want mice, spiders, roaches or other vermin brought in from items that have been in storage.
Do not bring underwear. We can not take it, and we don't like to handle it. We will however accept infant and toddler socks in like-new condition.
Do NOT bring shoes with dirty soles, worn tread or scuffed toes. If they have an odor we will not take them. We will only accept shoes that are like-new and very clean.
We prefer that you bring your items in tubs, boxes or baskets (which can be returned to you). Shopping bags are fine so long as your items are folded. Please avoid trash bags- they rip and are difficult to keep track of.

Our store credit program has brought in people from all over NW Arkansas! We are glad we can offer a program that helps families meet their clothing needs and save in the process. Although, our customers would say the program is a success we need to help ourselves out too.
While the program does help us build our inventory, the problem we've had is that most people taking advantage of the program only want to trade but never exceed their store credit limits. While we encourage thrift, we'd love to continue offering this program to our valuable customers who have participated- but without your help, we simply can not continue to offer the program.
Though our inventory grows, it costs us money to store the clothing, to sort, hang, inventory and operate. We have payroll, rent, taxes and utilities to pay.
So we are asking that you please spend at least $3 each time you come in to use the credit program. If each of you helped us cover our operating expenses by helping us cover overhead, then we can continue to offer the store credit program for the benefit of your family.
Remember, we are not a non-profit group with tons of money to operate- we pay taxes that help our community which pay for public school programs, local fire and police and road improvements. Without your support, we can't help our community. Thank you for shopping and trading at Firesale-llc, we look forward to seeing you again very soon!
Suggestions are always welcome! We value your feedback!
Thank you, Management
